Boudin, Bourbon and Beer!

This year, Emeril Lagasse Foundation is bringing boudin, bourbon and beer “back to the table” with a month-long celebration amongst multiple, high-rated New Orleans restaurants that highlight dishes paying tribute to the three items of the festival’s namesake. The festival’s mission is to simultaneously raise money for and promote culinary education and opportunities for New Orleans Youth. As a city with such a rich and deep food culture and history, this festival provides you with the opportunity to try out new foods, new restaurants, and new parts of the city. NOLA famous restaurants such as Blue Oak BBQ, Commander’s Palace, and Couchon and Boucherie are just some of the participating restaurants. Get a reservation at one before November 30th!
