Seattle’s Augustines set to rock House of Blues this Friday

album-out-now

WHO: Augustines plus My Goodnees
WHEN: Friday February 21 @ 8 pm (Doors at 7 pm)
WHERE: House of Blues – Parish Room
TICKETS: $15 (PURCHASE)

WHY: Three piece Brooklyn-born and Seattle-based Augustines (formerly We Are Augustines) will be bringing their energetic brand of anthem-heavy indie rock to the stage of the Parish Room at the House of Blues on Friday. Since forming at the beginning of the decade, Billy McCarthy, Eric Sanderson, and Rob Allen have shaped Augustines’ sound into something quite special while amassing a sizable fan base and breadth of touring experience appearing as support for mega bands like Kaiser Chiefs and at mega fests like Coachella, ACL and Sasquatch. Augustines are one of those rare bands who’s live material more times than not rivals their polished and impressive studio works. They are on tour in support of this year’s self-titled album. Do yourself a favor and see the magic unfold while Augustines are still headlining relatively intimate rooms like The Parish. Seattle-based rock/blues duo My Goodness will open the show.
