Fried chicken and waffles, fried chicken and mashed potatoes, fried chicken and… champagne? That’s right. Next Tuesday, Coquette hosts a Fried Chicken and Champagne Dinner as part of their new monthly dinner series, which is held the last Tuesday of each month.
A reception with punch cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres begins at 6:30, and dinner commences at 7. The menu consists of collard greens, red beans, homemade pickles, potato puree, cole slaw, watermelon and sea bean salad, pimento cheese deviled eggs, and most importantly: traditional and smoked fried chicken, as well as three varieties of champagne. You’re drooling now, right?
