Controversial Children’s Book Reading Tonight

Tonight at 6 PM, as a part of New Orleans Loving Festival, Room 220 hosts a controversial children’s book event, “Black Rabbits and White Indians,” in their space at Press Street HQ, 3718 Claude Street. The event will feature three local authors – Kristina Robinson, Carlus Henderson, and Jeri Hilt – all of whose books have attracted race-related controversy. Each author will read from their books and speak about the controversies the works have attracted.

For more information about the event, visit Room 220‘s event page.
